In this third annual report, now known formally as the JAMS Resolution Report 2024, information has been captured regarding the number and types of international matters handled in 2024.
Last year, 21,390 new cases came into JAMS, representing a 10% gain from 2023. Of these new cases, 266 were international—a 5% increase over the prior year—involving parties from countries and regions around the globe, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Europe, India, Japan, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East, Singapore, the U.K. and the U.S.
“JAMS’ third annual report illustrates the growing demand for our services and dedication to our clients in the U.S. and internationally. These figures are a testament to the efforts and hard work of the neutrals on our panel. We look forward to building on our commitment to find creative and effective solutions for our clients,” said Kimberly Taylor, JAMS CEO and president.
