As Green Bay prepares to host the NFL Draft, football isn't the only thing front and center.
Wisconsin's diverse food scene will be part of the Xs and Os, all thanks to an event hosted by Celebrity Chef, Andrew Zimmern
"I've made a lot of television in Wisconsin," remembers Zimmern to WISN 12 News Blake Eason in an exclusive one-on-one interview.
A face synonymous with food on the big screen, Zimmern is putting food on the big screen at the NFL Draft in Green Bay.
"Show me another state where I can go to a real small-town fish fry on a Friday at a local VFW hall," Zimmern said.
In between his many television specials, Zimmern and the NFL are hosting Taste of the Draft for the first time in Green Bay.
"Wisconsin supper club theme, celebrity chefs, former football players, Hall of Famers, Packer legends," Zimmern said.
Guests attending the draft can buy tickets to "Taste of the Draft" to try food from 20 different supper clubs.
"Things like French onion soup have become sort of like a Wisconsin supper club staple," Zimmern said.
The money raised will directly benefit kids in Wisconsin through the national nonprofit GENYOUth.
"I don't think there's a more important issue, in America right now than than hunger," said Zimmern.
"Taste of the Draft" is happening April 23 at the Schreiber Foods in Green Bay.
Zimmern isn't just hosting his celebrity chef friends, he plans to also prepare a meal for the event.
"I'm doing my grandmother's tailgate pot of love, both as an homage to the supper club and in homage to, the football tailgate," Zimmern said.
Food, football, and feeding kids in Wisconsin, Zimmern hopes this event can bring everything together.
